fax or scan and e-mail it to us using the information at the
bottom of this page with a photo and the deposit.
Most students enroll early to ensure a spot in the program
of their choice, yet there is no set application deadline.
There are, however, a limited number of spaces available so
complete this step as soon as possible. If the program you
request is fully booked, you may, at your option, receive a
refund, remain on the waiting list, or transfer your application
to an open program. Deposits are fully refundable if you are
not accepted into the program of your choice.
